Fix It Policy
Fix-It Policy: We want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied with your cut or color, we are more than happy to make adjustments within 1 week of your service. Please note, our Fix-It Policy covers: Tone adjustments, fixing bleeders or spots, uneven haircuts, blending color or cuts This policy does not cover change of mind decisions or significant changes from the original request. Please note: NO REFUNDS will be issued until you come in for a fix with the original stylist who performed the service. Any changes made after the one-week period will be subject to a new appointment and full charges. We’re committed to ensuring you leave feeling your best, so please reach out if there’s anything we can do to make it right!
No Show Policy
No-Show Policy: We value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented a No-Show Fee. If you miss an appointment without prior notice or fail to cancel within 24 hours, a 50% No-Show Fee for the service you booked will be charged to your account. This fee must be paid in full before you can schedule any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and other clients' schedules.
